I've been waiting for this one! I haven't tried Yorick with Serylda, but I heard its slow is insane with Yorick's ghouls.

Mordekaiser is his greatest counter. His ultimate separates you from your minions and maiden. Yorick is weak without minions…you get the idea

W is actually a better max second than E depending on the matchup, as it can make his cage nearly impossible to get out of. This of course assumes the opponent doesn't have a good dash.

I like the yorick info, he's a neat champ. I think you make a mistake in explaining yorick as a frontline bruiser rather than a melee caster, as his damage comes from ghouls, not his autos. Anybody who thinks Q spam works is confirmation bias, it's the ghouls and maiden doing work. Do not frontline on yorick, you will die. Do not attack anything in front of you, you will get kited, outdamaged, and killed. 2:45 Teleporting to a fight is the absolute last option. I think you need to emphasize that. Though, I suppose the errors are due to the time constraint. Cool gudie!

All very good points! The frontline advice is a mixture between my experience and a guide from a masters Yorick I like where it is always best to play as the caster but it’s rarely what he’s able to do with his opponents’ engage!

Of course - after having 3 graves on the floor when your Q is on cool-down it becomes the ability to raise them (super weird and the only ability I know that works like that) so yeah use Q and then Q again!

the only thing i seen wrong is that top level yoricks will max their abilities different then shown here you max q then you put a point in e then you put up to 3 points in w before maxing your e because only on 3+ does the w take more then 2 hits to get out and that last hit on your w cage can sometimes change the game

You’re not wrong, I do like that build a lot too! The Q max I’d argue is the most consistent but the W 3 point can do absolute bits!

It has been a while so I am not sure about items but I do know that both hydra's are very good for yorick and maxing W instead of E is a very viable strat that I have done a lot and was told to do by a yorick otp...though that was because I am dogwater at landing my E lol

Just a tip, its not helpful to only put the pictures of the items you recommend someone buys. Please add the names, especially for newer players. Your videos always come up when I need to quickly learn a champ but when it gets to the builder order I always regret clicking.

Cass top would be a massive bully pick - but picking a champion that immobile in such a long lane means you should just chill and your jungler can come top and kill then whenever they want as she really just can’t survive a 1v2 when the lane is so long to run down!

@@nizze5461 Ah fair, Lethality Yorick was super good but after the nerfs last patch in 13.5 to that build exactly I’d definitely say it’s more of a meme than a dream - his win rate with lethality has fallen off a roof 😅
