3 Minutes of Great Women’s Lutzes Pt.1

Some great lutzes by women.
I want to clarify that I know these are not all textbook or with good technique, but I wanted to showcase several parts of what makes healthy jumping technique. Feel free to click off the video if it bothers you too much.
I don't include skaters associated with Russia or Israel in my videos. Any comments regarding the physical appearance and body of any athletes featured in this video will be taken down.

Tatiana Malinina for sure. Had she hit that second 3Lz in 1999 she undoubtedly would've been a World silver medalist. Julia Sebestyn of that era had a monstrous Lutz, but none could match Tonya Harding's. Nancy Kerrigan had a textbook Lutz, too.

Completamente de acuerdo... Tuktamisheva es la única Patinadora Rusas y de la ISU en tener 3Lz de libro de texto. Técnica aprendida por uno de los 3 mejores entrenadores técnicos del mundo...Alexei Mishin. Nota: También hay que mencionar a Polina Turskaya...que lamentablemente no duró mucho en el nivel senior.
