That was the first pedal I bought. Back in the 80's. Nostalgia.

They're worth half a grand now! At least the original MIJ pre lawsuit ones are! Amazing pedal!

I would have liked to hear what it sounds like while playing with the sustain on.

Is that the Green Jellö "Three Little Pigs" riff?
@thepedalpicassos4 жыл бұрын
Sort of... you have to play it wrong enough so that you don’t get a copyright strike!!!!

Was the circuit based on DS1. My Sdfb sounds weak even next to my TS9

If it’s a really old one, and it’s sounding week, you might need to put 12 V into it instead of nine. All the original old boss pedals needed a 12 V input.
@thepedalpicassos Жыл бұрын
This particular boss pedal needs to be run on 12 V as well just for the record

What guitar were you playing and what amp are you running it thorugh? You got it to sound kick-ass!

I’m pretty sure I did these videos with a Yamaha pacifica 612 and a strymon iridium into a Behringer X32 mixer plugged in to GarageBand!!

@@thepedalpicassos Damn, I think this is the video that will persuade me to buy one of these - I can't get over how awesome it sounds! I've heard that this pedal doesn't sound very good with high-output pickups, do you know if that is true?
@daskrunkly32132 жыл бұрын
@@isaacsugg1347 I use high output pickups with this pedal and if you just adjust the tone, it’s fantastic. However, it does depend on which one. I have used this pedal with a Schecter with emg’s and it didn’t really sound good.

wow, i would think some solos could really give a hand to this demo, in my opinion the riff repeating itself like 16 bars(too much!) at a time wasnt really that insightful. but that ending showing the feedbacker -- Damn, now I reallllly want one to make up for my single coil sustain -- which is none
