Personally speaking I find the sub-interval of the dominant tonic to function as an augmented chromatic ascending harmonic tonal voicing but only if the root is suspended and diminished. ... haha 😉

It took me two years to learn the coicings and the quality and order of each interval I have under my fingers... Now I see that you can ommit the root and shift these voicings to get minor out of major and so forth...! I wonder when this rabbit hole is going to become crystal clear😢😂
