Put it further from you or at least do zoom the camera out a bit so it is less obvious you are reading it. Question / challenge for you @Michael: Can you show is how would you try to reproduce the effects you use in your videos all in OBS with little-to-none postproduction?

The overlays and effects used in post are not things you can do in obs. You can be creative with the transitions and text overlays using hotkeys but it would take a lot of practice and work to pull it off live for each video. That time is better spent just learning an editing program and doing it easy.

I would like to mention that the Mac has always had a way to separate out. Audio sources very easily it is a paid program, but it’s really really really good, it’s called loopback by rogue amoeba

Hey Michael! I have a Video Capture card and I am using a AUX cord from the capture card to get the sound from my Xbox 360. only problem is there is still no sound. I even changed my xbox sound to "Line In" and its still not working. the bar is picking up static because its moving but I am still unable to hear my xbox gameplay unless I turn my mic on and the sound from my tv goes into the mic. please help. totally lost

If you add Discord as an audio source, you can then go to the Advanced Audio Properties and under that source choose Audio Monitoring and chose Monitor Only (mute output)
