Can you use the the rear diff skid plate as a floor jack point????

I wouldn’t. Stick with the points under the rockers.

Hey man, great video! I got very minor seepage (no dripping just slow seepage) when I took out the passenger side bolt and when I loosened the two bottom bolts. Should I be worried? I followed the instructions to a T so I was surprised when it did.

I wouldn’t worry to much if only a small amount came out. If a decent amount came out I would def top it off with a little fluid.

Here’s my question sir. Do I need to do this on a cold day? Does any fluid come out when you loosen the bolts and remove the passenger upper bolt? Is there anything to worry about when it comes to fluid coming out? Thanks for your help and input! I really appreciate the help and feedback I get from my KZbin family.

Doesn’t matter the day other than for comfort for yourself. As for the fluids, as long as you don’t break the seal the fluids won’t come out.

Do the bolts for diff have factory torque specs?

Don’t remember to be honest. The instructions that come with the kit do show specs.
