3 of my favorite lentil bread recipes that help me lose weight. Flour free, sugar free, gluten free

recipes 1
250 grams of lentils.
Mix well and leave for 8 hours.
700ml of water.
Grains swell and remove excess water.
Add 100ml of pure water.
Grind with a blender.
30ml olive oil.
Continue to grind and mix with a blender.

1 teaspoon turmeric.
1 tablespoon ground coriander.
5 grams of baking powder.
2 tablespoons of psyllium.
Mix dry ingredients well.
add to the chopped lentils.
Salt.

If the batter is too runny, add more
tablespoons of rice flour.
mix well.
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Grease a bread pan with vegetable oil.
Put the dough in the form.
a handful of sunflower seeds.
Bake in the oven for 60 minutes at 200°C.

250g Greek yoghurt.
Cucumber.
Dill.
Salt.
mix well.
Add 1 teaspoon of dry garlic.

They all look so yummy. I’m very keen to try & make bread number three (3)…..However, not sure how it would turn out without the oil….It has sour cream & eggs so I’m hoping that will compensate for the absence of oil. Thank you for sharing these ever so lovely recipes. ….🩷🩷🩷

Deberían dar la op ion de ver rápido porque tanta lentitud me pone nerviosa pero las recetas son geniales lastima lo que demora mostra do cada detalle de cada paso. Los bollos se achatan solos o lo hizo la repostera???
