Great episode. I can relate to a lot of the fitness/weight loss factors you both talked about and think it would be great for anyone to listen to it who is trying to be healthier. The shower talk was funny. I actually do neck and shoulders down then face/hair last. loved hearing about your passions and I love that plant shirt.
