Palitaw with Sesame Seeds(Masikoy)
Ingredients:
RICE CAKE:
2 1/2 cups glutinous rice flour
1 cup or 450 ml water
SAUCE
1/3 cup sesame seeds, toasted and crushed
1 cup coconut milk
1, 1/2 cups water
3/4 cup brown sugar (add more according to your taste)
1 tsp. anise seeds
Palitaw with Bukayo Filling
Here's what you'll need:
2 cups glutinous flour
1 & 1/4 cups water
1/2 tsp. green food color (for the half of the sticky dough)
1 & 1/2 cups shredded young coconut
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp anise seeds
1/2 tsp salt
Palitaw with Yema Filling
Ingredients:
Yema Filling
1 cup condensed milk
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp. butter
Dough
3 cups glutinous flour
1.5 cups water
1 tsp. pandan essence
1 tsp. ube essence
1 cup grated mature coconut
