I m very fond of ur recipes. i make all these paratha's sucessfully.sme changesas every one does. I use after spreading ghee in 2 and 3, I sprinckle salt, chilli powder, garam masala, chat masala then onion, and fresh chopped corriader or fenguric leaves. rest all same. and still if need spicy then add कांदालसुण मसाला. In last one, I make fold like first one or second one
