Bro I have doubt,in CT secondary connection you are showing mirror image in that connection differential relay connected between R and star point and Delta R phase,in star connection current will flow bcoz of there 2 point available but in Delta only one connection are showing,how current will flow in that one connection,plz give solution

I have a question. that I hope you will answer for me. does a 3-phase transformer see 180 or 150hz or does it not work that way? the reason I ask. is if you rewound the core as a single phase. would it be optimised for more in the 150-180 hz frequency ? doesn't the laminations need to be thinner on 3-phase transformers? thanks . I hope you can help me with this.

question: trying to achieve +/- 5% of 230v. readings are L1 to L2= 247 L1 to Ground= 122 L2 to L3= 248 L2 to ground=214 L1 to L3= 247 L3 to Ground= 124 I was informed to use 2 buck and boost transformers 500SV43B 0.50kva, what is the wire make up with high leg?

Hi friend thanks for your nice work. I have a doubt, Why did you marking Y phase current value as i @(240) degree. ? phase angle difference between each phase is 120 degree. then R phase= I @(0) Y phase = I @ (120) B phase = I @ (240) Is it right or not??? But you are mentioned always Y phase is I @(240) ???
@NasirKhan-ek3rt7 жыл бұрын
PLOT FOUR QUADRANT THEN DRAW THESE PHASES. AT 120 DEGREE IF YOU PLOT YELLOW PHASE THEN DURING ROTATION OF PHASES IT WILL BE ACB INSTEAD OF ABC. SO THATS WHY WE TAKE ANGLE FOR YELLOW 240 WHICH IS IN THIRD QUADRANT

Really the video will be neat but in k2 formula you need to change that's no secondary side CT ratio its primary side CT RATIO divided by full load current

what is difference bt transformer & generator to provide differential protection? phase angle & magnitude expect other difference ?
@electricalengineerr97117 жыл бұрын
Transformer has two winding, mostly one connected in star and the other connected in delta. when there is an unbalance in the load there will be flow of zero-sequence current in the lines of star connected side, but there will be no flow of 0 seq current in the lines of delta connected side, thus the differential relay might operate during unbalance conditions, in order to avoid it we use 0 sequence filtering in the star connected side. For generators there is no need to use 0 seq filter. we also use 2nd harmonic blocking in transformers to prevent unwanted tripping of differential relay during magnetizing inrush. for generators we don't need to use 2nd harmonic blocking.

Why did you divide by the root of 3 at 17:45 isn't the transformer Y connected on that side?
@anwarullakhayoom78636 жыл бұрын
P=ROOT3 X V X I ; I= P/ROOT3 X V ; OK ; This a simple 3 phase power formula for 3 phase networks ,

Sir induction motor protection ka video upload kariye plz
@riteshpaul59685 жыл бұрын
For the INDUCTION MOTORS protection,we have to use the DOL starter,if the INDUCTION MOTOR is up to 5 hp,& for the protection of INDUCTION MOTORS more than 5 hp we have to use the star Delta starter or soft starter,WHILE THE BEST WAY IS TO USE A VFD(VARIABLE FREQUENCY DRIVE),THIS VFD NOT ONLY PROTECTS THE INDUCTION MOTORS,BUT ALSO WE CAN CHANGE THE SPEED OF INDUCTION MOTORS,BY CHANGING THE FREQUENCY IN THE VFD.😊😊
