We back with another episode of Draft House, Presented by State Farm and we got a god one for y'all today!! First we pulled up to Tyty's Pro Day and it was INSANE! Over 100 NBA Scouts were there to watch him work out. It was a lot of pressure but I think he crushed it fr. Then we linked with Jabari to watch him do an INSANE Mountain workout. First he ran 5 miles and then he ran up a MOUNTAIN! Our producer was struggling trying to keep up with him. Even his dad joined in the workout! I was impressed ngl. Jabari is doing whatever it takes to get him ready for the NBA and after seeing the work he's been putting in lately I think he's ready for the next level!

Old wisdom. Only jog 1 mile then do hill speed drills or run up stadium steps. 6 miles is too much then to do hills in a day. Overkill. 6 miles is enough for legs and stamina in 1 day routine. .. after work upper push ups etc... overtraining can ruining actual game performance. Less is truly more sometimes. Sleeping before competition still the best remedy for a solid performance

Jabari personality wise doesn't carry himself like a #1 pick but he has the work ethic of one for sure. Houston needs a 2nd scoring option beside Jalen Green who may not be a 1st option so that might be Jabari taking the 1st option spot.
