Brilliant.. When I had knee pain I used your butter knife treatment..worked... Did my back in.. Done these exercises..did pop a bit felt better.. Will keep it up.. Your channel is very informative...

I’ve done this exercises a few times now and they really help. I was wondering if you recommend other ab exercise as well? Especially if the ones in this video get too easy? What do you think about hanging leg raises fire example?

Hi dr. David can you create a video about how to correct muscle imbalance caused by beginning scoliosis?? But for my situation,At the moment I am not sure if the imbalance came from bad posture or repetitive motion OR maybe the scoliosis came first?

Hey Michele, these exercises should be okay to do with bulging discs. The most important thing to pay attention to is your symptoms. If it makes the symptoms worse, then it is possible that this is not good for your discs (or you may be doing the exercise incorrectly). The form is also very important to concentrate on to make sure these exercises are being performed properly. Hope this helps and we wish you the best!

Weird, these exercises look like they make your posture worse instead of better. I will still give it a shot, maybe they will ease the pain at least. My abs shake a little bit while I do the first one.
