I find progression very slow, especially running out of energy. However, it gives me a chance to do other things and doesn't make me feel addicted to the game. Collecting Silver is a must and having 1 million gives me a little confidence when upgrading gear to +16.

Warchief was my first legendary. I know most people rank him pretty low but putting him in a Shield set really helped us advance on some mid-game achievements like beating most of the level 13 dungeons. We actually put him and Zelotah in shield sets which helped a lot with Arena so we could withstand initial attacks.

Tip. You don’t have to click A1 before hitting a champ. It defaults to A1 if you don’t select A2 or A3. Just click on the champ you want to attack

I am free to play- as you spin up your new account I would share the fact that you should exploit double xp for leveling food...It took me a while to learn this after getting spread so thin with energy....when I only leveled food during double xp I was able to focus on getting gear faster by spending more time in dungeons while not on double xp and be ready with leveled food when my primary champs were ready to go

I used to struggle with undead 7 for weeks despite everyone saying it's one of the easier ones, and despite having probably the best champions in undead faction compared to what I have in other factions. Today earlier I finally stopped auto to investigated what was going on, and it turned out my team always arrived at boss with everything on cd. As soon as I manualled stage 2 to have everything off cd, they roflstomped the boss on auto.

What did you do to get past the ignore defense part? UDK keeps getting 2 shot and I have him built with 49,000 health. They ignore my defense buff and I have no chance to heal.

@@ekayn1606 That said undead 7 seems to be pretty easy on my current account the team is UDK 60, Frozen Banshee 60, Grinner 50, Husk 50 and Vogoth 60 they just auto it with no problems. Maybe you just need better gear, more speed, more damage. Speed is often the problem if you go fast you keep restoring health fast either via leech, or via lifesteal gear, or healers, etc. and you kill ads before they become too much of a problem.

I'm glad you mentioned the A1 cycling. I am a relative noob, but I picked up on that. I also notice that Auto wastes A2+ attack when opponents have Strong and such buffs applied, where it has no chance of working. Shield-HP is a nice add.

Gear swapping is a good tip. I think with FW you also need enough champs with the right kit, and for some of us that just isn't the case. Gear swapping is easy. Getting at least three decent champs in one faction to 60 is a mission in itself. :)

Really only applies to early gamers, but unlock the GEM Mine, and all slots in the PIT! Don't need to level the pit slots (maybe one or two); but it all adds up over time (gems=energy, xp=chickens). Also, figuring out how to ladder your food in your vault for continuious food for ranking up your end-game champs.

Yeah, I swap gear when needed, and I write it down so I can remember. Hell hades says there is a code in the game that may by used in the future for swapping out artifacts for free, that to me would be a game changer.

I would say my biggest tip would be for a starting player to put garbage gear on faction champions and get that gear up to level 8 so that they have a chance to at least function in faction war to get those items to use at the forge, start as soon as you can possible get gear that you know is not great but usable, then as you progress start putting better and better gear that you have dumped from your main champions you use everywhere, to those in the factions.

Don't let KZbin players talk you out of set pieces. If you have a ton of a certain set that you think you might need in the future, throw a few of those sets (with at LEAST DECENT stats) onto your vault guards. You can always use the filter to find those set pieces so you can have qccess

Yeah thats how all the content creators are. They post video like do this and level up faster. It's clearing stage 25 dungeons, 100mil+ on UNM CB, or stage 21 faction, all with the best Champs in the game after they have spent 50k..... lol it makes me die inside.... Yeah the gear swapping "tip" is one I avoid as much as possible. Thing is though, it's necessary sometimes, and there is no way around it (I;m talking faction wars here). Tip I'd add to that tip is, try to hold off until you're in a Faction Wars 21 level, and getting smashed... That would be the time to "gather your best gear" and go and 3 star that sucker. Can be EXPENSIVE as all hell... but sometimes it's the only way to defeat FW 21.

I made a huge rookie mistake and sold ALL my shield sets thinking they were worthless, when they are the most valuable for late game. Mid game, Hard/Brutal CB, etc. I only focused on my attacker, speed and revive champs. Now I've only just started to build up HP and Support classes and I'm seriously lacking the gear for them.

Most of the sets, including Shield, have their strengths and weaknesses. Until I saw videos by Ash and Hell Hades I didn't understand Speed as a stat or as gear. Some sets still seem iffy to me which is one of many reasons why I watch these videos. Despite the fact that I've learned a lot of the things he's mentioned in other videos I know I still play like a noob at times. He's admitted he sometimes plays a bit like one after playing this game for four years which just shows we're all human and we need to be open to learning and practicing what we learn.

Even clan boss can use a1 cycling. (Sometimes) such as when frozen banshee on auto is ABOUT to use her a3 literally right before the CBs turn. Effectively making you only see ONE cb turn of use out of that poison sensitivity

I see that you don't have ALL your gear glyphed (don't know if this is a word), but you should at least use a level one glyph on EVERY substrat. 1% x4 substrats x6 pieces x 5 champions will make a big difference. It's not just this though. There should be plenty of things for the f2p players. Anyone spending less than 10$ a month should get everything more. "A1 cycling" -- huh. It has a name! I've been doing that even in early game to push further into the campaign than auto lets me; whenever it is obvious to me that the auto algorithm screws me over by wasting a big attack on a couple of hurt guys left standing -- but I can look ahead, and not waste the power of a big AoE attack, or any ability that would make the final wave or boss easier to beat. Especially for stage 7 this has become pretty much my standard. Don't get me started on gear swapping. I HATE Plarium for making it so expensive; primarily because it discourages experimenting at a time when I want to do a lot of it: early on in the game, to learn what works and what doesn't work so well. I'd be okay with it costing something, but the current costs are ridiculous.

QUESTION! If a champion is attack based on DEF, if a team member raise attack by 50% let say on all team, does it also increase that champion? Or only attack based on ATK?

Great question. That may in part be based upon the stats and the skills. I've learned that each champion isn't limited to just attack or DEF or support. Some Support champs are great attackers. Some Attack champs provide great support. I'm still learning and slugging my way through with trial and error.

something i see trying to use shield set is, if you have a voghot or something like that, it does not work well because once the team got attacked it drop the hp of my nuker, but dont proc voghot passive cause he have to much hp and sometimes dont loose the shield...

I hear a lot about getting crit rates to 100%, high speed, etc. etc. but as a starting player (45 days now) my items are not as good yet, nor do I have that many heroes as semi ftp. Can you give an idea about what stat levels and skills we need to aim for early on? As in... as level 45 player, doing dungeons on level 12/13.. what am I looking for to progress, some indicators I am doing it "right" and what to focus on in order to advance. Do i focus on a large pool of heroes or a key group after my first 2 level 60s, cause I need to feed lesser heroes to rank up nor have a large inventory yet... or should I increase it already as ftp player on my level? I think a lot of new players can use your insights on these topics.

- for any debuffer: 10 accuracy per dungeon level, or 120 for hard clan boss. - With your starting lifesteal set, you should be able to get at least to around 160 speed for your starter champion, any debuffers and buffers in your team need to be faster. As long as you go first in most of the fights you take (regardless of arena or dungeon), it's OK - crit % is only really important for your damage dealers, if the champion is applying important debuffs, accuracy is much more important, and speed is also more important as long as the damage dealer is slower than the decrease defense debuffer and any buffers. You shouldn't go out of your way to get to 100%, it's probably going to be difficult with mostly common or

Target very few champs. Getting the right champs up to 60 and focusing on the best stats over sets can get you through a lot. Endgame venomage is capable of soloing dragon 25 js
