but still its not considrable because 1. for city use top speed is no needed 2. its has less autual range than its own siblings 3. there is no concept of service 4. if you are heavy person dont even expect 80 km range 5. panal gaps 6. breakpad are very bad quality needs to replace every 2k km on use if not they will start making noises 7. the display is tomuch laggy 8. side stand [ everybdy nows about it] 9. flatboard make noises 10. if you run flat no local mechanic will help you because they dont know how to fix ola 11. light range [ doesnt exist ] 12. eco mode is useless 13. after some time trottle response dyes 14. ola belives that customer are our test dummies last 15. default tire are to small they will 100% skid

One and the only reason why u shouldn't: their after sales support sucks to the core, smoking causes cancer and Ola will cause multiple heartattacks !

For my ola s1 gen pro2 no issues only display issue but it's restart application it's open otherwise best use only thing is basic thing we must know 1) don't charge immediately after ride take 30 minutes to cool down battery same process after charge fully don't bike immediately take 30 minutes to ride 2) don't drain battery fully take minimum 15-20% of amount of battery while before charging 3)best use normal mode mostly and minimum mode in eco mode. It's safety for battery consumption.

Ola S1 Pro 2nd Gen is a failure in terms of Quality. Yes, 1st Gen is well built, except the floor bump rest all is a class apart. The 1st gen gives u sturdy weight, which can accompany a heavy weight person in the back. The tyre's of 2nd gen is thin compared to 1st gen, the Front suspension & back in 1st gen is awesome, whereas 2nd gen is a flop, if u hit a pothole, the suspension goes haywire. Also the belt cover in 1st Gen is professional looks, whereas 2nd gen belt cover is worst. It tears of after a month and two. Also the center stand is must for Indian condition, which is missing. The height is reduced compared to 1st gen. Also after sales support is not that good. All the customers feel the pain of waiting period. The sales team are all college students, no one is professional to handle difficult customers for their questions. Also seat cover quality is very thin, which means a 80-90kg person, if he is using it daily to commute, the fiber mold gets a. Bend. In summary, let Ola re launch 1st gen with above features. Ola management team hasn't considered the potholes for bangalore, where there's 1feet to 2 feet. Ola should change, else others will overtake. Let Ola stop EV bike instead to concentrate re inventing the wheel

I came here to tell the negative of my OLA s1 pro gen 2 after sale experience. But i am satisfied with the comment in this video. And one more thing pls don't buy this crap. The vehicle is smooth, comfortable but lots of complaints no parts availability inexperienced mechanics and the last customer should leave their vehicle at the service center for at least 1 month for clearing a minor problem. One belt change takes 17 days. 😂 In bikes it will take only 2 or 3 hours. So new customers pls don't buy ola and there are hidden rules and regulations while we are approaching the center for a parts replacement. Etc 5000 km is the limit to change a belt for free otherwise it cost you 3000
