I've ran fish monkey gloves for over a year now and I love them. Especially when frog fishing.

Gloves are great. Protect from sun, braided line, fins, holding the fish, and drys fast so reel won't be so slippery. I have huks but might try the ones he has.

My dad and father in law fought in WW2...heart attacks and other crap...both got skin cancer and died. I've worn buffs and long shirts and sun gloves the last 10 years. Funny thing is, it's actually cooler than bare skin - sweat a lot less and no need for sunscreen with its unknown ingredients and all the mess. I've never tried these...but maybe I will one day.

Thanks for the feedback Sonocanoe. The old boys definitely took a hard beating so we can "sportfish" and also learn from their lives. The cumulative effects of a life in the sun have shown themselves in skin cancer statistics. Hands continue to be overlooked, so we appreciated Tharp's focus there. You're one of the smart ones when it comes to taking care of yourself.

Luv my Monkeys- especially my woolies... you get used to them after a while and stop snagging hooks in them. Drove me nuts at first but, they keep your hands warm. Helps to have a pair that really fits correctly- I see ppl with the wrong size gloves on all the time.

Great video.thank you how do they hold up after being washed?
@fishmonkeygloves663 жыл бұрын
He speaks to that point in the video. Says they survive washing. We recommend hand wash in cold water, air dry.

Watched it again I heard him speak of other gloves falling apart after being washed.you may want to have him make another commercial saying that they survive washing.thanks

Thanks Mike, very impressed with the durability. You know it when holding and wearing them. More substantial than the wispy lightweight models out there.

Not to mention, less of the oils on your hands are going to get on your baits. Thanks honey badger! Might have to pick up a pair!

I ain't never used them!!! It's all about the "cool factor", just like swinging Every Single fish over the boat, even 7lbers!
