As of writing were now at 57k even before the FED meeting, but my TA still has another Supply Zone below us from 54-56k (54,047-56,237)because we’ve now popped through the current zone that we couldn’t hold onto (that was 59,500-61,269). I don’t see us falling much below the 54k level, though other than a quick wick down to flush any new longs before they take us back up again.

ETF greed has delivered us right back to a down market crypto Winter. We had crypto Spring leading up to halving and now we are right back in crypto Winter. This could be the trend of the year now where it bumps between 52-60k and the ETF's just keep bouncing the price up and down, taking long positions when then are buying (moving the price up) and then shorting cryptos when they are selling to move the price back down. What Else Are We Seeing??? I knew ETF's could be very bad for small investors just trying to sock some money away for retirement. Oh well.. crypto market seized, ETFs run the show now. The miners are getting shit upon, too bad for them.

My guess... Powell will sound Hawkish, but not change the rate. Japan's problems will scare U.S. equities and prices will pull back, if only temporarily. Japan will have to eventually sell U.S. Treasuries. The U.S. will create more fiat which increases liquidity. An increase in liquidity will send U.S. equity prices up. Increasing liquidity helps speculative assets, like digital assets.

Saying Powell Doesn't understand how to get Inflation under control is just ignorant. Inflation has nothing to do with interest rates. It's strictly the amount of money in circulation. Powell Prints the Money. He is making the Inflation. He's doing it on Purpose to eliminate the US Debt, or at least make it seem like it's smaller than it really is. It the money supply doubles, the debt is only worth half of what it was before he printed all the money. It's all just a nonsensical game. This is why the world is turning back to gold, and the new BRICS, (which is really just gold).

Almost everything increases inflation. When the government spends more money than it takes in with taxes, increases inflation. High rates on Government bonds increases inflation, the coupons on bonds are money printing. Low rates causes inflation, when banks increase loan issuance, new debt is money printing. Paying back loans, defaulting on loans, and bankruptcies are things that decrease money supply.

The only way out of this situation is to cut government spending and getting energy prices down by opening up the country to massive oil and gas exploration and getting a bunch of nuclear plant under construction. Cheap energy has a bigger impact on inflation than interest rates.
