Wow, so cool to see this, as this was the first place I ever stayed when I was 15 years old and accompanied my parents to Hawaii for the first time (50 years ago now). Brings back incredible memories.

All those bldgs are crumbling and getting hit with huge assesments. Didnt watch your entire video - did you advise to read the condo doc's. Is that the bldg where the lanai fell on to the beach below?
