We had a psycho homeless woman start 6 separate fires the other week here in Spokane. She was mad that the homeless don’t have housing where they can tweak out. She fled to Seattle and was arrested there.

@@amg4897 it’s pretty lawless here these days. A witness reported this person and the police actually spoke to her and let her go … I even after she essentially confessed to doing it. She posted graffiti ahead of the fires stating that Spokane would be burned to the ground, including the date. She admitted to starting 8 fires - caused category 3 evacuations. Her name is Vicki L. Smith. She’s currently held on a $75k bond - probably one of these f’ing charities like Catholic Charities will fund her.
