Well you know what they say don't you... hindsight is a wonderful thing. Had she known of the eventual injuries and subsequent complications that that would've resulted in, then I'm sure she'd have changed her mind. Losing your place in a queue isn't the best feeling in the world either, and going down the slide without a partner (which maybe with hindsight could've consisted of a dummy weight to counteract this deficit), could of course have been hazardous in its own way. Can't just by default apportion blame based solely on the end result of something without being able to know everything beforehand. Very ill feeling toward the fatwad in any case.

For story number one, they said at the end that the guy was 250lbs, that’s not even that big, depending on height, he wasn’t even THAT overweight…..also most water park rides have a 300lbs weight limit, which he was well below, so he certainly fell within the acceptable limits, I think that lady was exaggerated, she bumped her head and decided to sue, I just don’t buy the rest, especially with her husband’s lawsuit, it’s ridiculous. Also she could have left that line at any time if she was truly concerned…..

Possibly because the people behind her were each "paired up" and it would've made pairing up _successive_ couples... awkward. It was either a matter of wait all that time and just give up, or maybe let the fat f*ck go on his own (assuming that would've been allowed), or somehow a member of staff could've accompanied her - or... whatever. It was an extremely unfortunate situation for her no matter what she would've done or not done. Really, these places should have a discreet "testing" area before allowing people in, and issuing passes dependent upon the tests that they pass and don't pass. That way, this sort of thing simply can't happen. The same in all three stories in their own way.

For story number one, they said at the end that the guy was 250lbs, that’s not even that big, depending on height, he wasn’t even THAT overweight…..also most water park rides have a 300lbs weight limit, which he was well below, so he certainly fell within the acceptable limits, I think that lady was exaggerated, she bumped her head and decided to sue, I just don’t buy the rest, especially with her husband’s lawsuit, it’s ridiculous. Also she could have left that line at any time if she was truly concerned…..
