My then husband didn’t want me go to to school . He was insecure and jealous. He thought that once I get more education I will be better than him. He was emotionally abusive . I stayed with him because I believed I can make him happy and fix his insecurities. 3 decades later I had enough of fixing . Boys can’t be fixed . He is gone and I’m in school again .

A high quality man doesn't just make you comfortable. Being comfortable is still a bit superficial. A real high quality man is willing to get through and beyond the uncomfortable parts and still stick around, willing to be hurt for you, willing to see your pain and still able to stick around. Whom you can be sure of that he's there to truly stay and care even when things get hard. And a high quality man will call you out on your bullshit and will take your callouts if he's giving bullshit. At least that's my view of high value as a man.
@LynnLight4 жыл бұрын
Yes, I think that what you are saying is true. I think people have to show each other that they like each other enough to fight things out and stay together. You have to be able to fight with your partner and love them even when they are "not nice." No one is nice all of the time. If you are, something is not right.

My opinion : 1. slow down : life is already a stressing race professionally; in our personal lives, we want to slow down together with a partner. It builds comfort, trust and closeness, eg. allows you to get to know someone how they really are outside of the spotlights. 2. dressing : there's 2 kinds of attraction : primal and mental. The first is based on the reproduction instincts in our primal brain, and only cares about the continuation of the species. The second is based on the mental and logical capacity of our reasoning brain (eg cortex), and focused on what's good for us on the long term. When a women dresses too revealing, her appearance stimulates the first kind of attraction, the primal one. Primal instincts overrule reasoning, hence why this choice "seems to work better" to get male attention. But if it's not a primal relationship you are after, this is the wrong way to go about it. On the other hand, intelligence, experience, character and principles stimulate the mental attraction. Add some mystery in there, and you have a good combination to attract a successful man looking for a long term partner. 3. be smart : confirms the previous point.

*A guys point of view* 0:20 I love your definition of what a high quality man is , key part 0:29 He gives you what you give. (Love goes both ways) 1:10 No I don't want to get intimate with a women quickly. 2:45 Great advice a women should NEVER jump to the lower voice other wise she would be exploited. Not loved 3:10 If a girl is easy. Then personally I don't want to know her. 3:35 You hit a home run. Yep I want a women who matches my values, who I can respect and look up to 4:30 Yuk no way, I don't want a girl who wants to sleep with me on the first date. Your so right about this 4:45 Yep she should have values and stick with those values. If she doesn't she would only be disrepecting her self 6:46 I love that phrase you used "who is willing to invest in you" * actions speak louder than words 8:10 Am glad that you respected yourself and your values and you didn't sleep with that women. Thats a huge challenge for us guys to turn the other way. But like you said you wanted something better of higher quality and that drove you to say no 10:10 When a women dresses too sexy, its a total turn off. To me it reveals her insecurities and that she doesn't know what she wants 12:10 I love it ... Many guys love the curves... 13:05 I totally love intelligent women. Actually for me the more intelligent she is the more of a turn on it is!

I find that in relationships the women is the one who always have to meet the requirements of the man. Why should it be so? Why can't we meet each other half way? Why can't we both agree to compromise? Why can't the men be honest with us and say what they like or dislike? We women try our best to please our men by doing what we think it's best. We give 100% only to find out later on our own (he is not saying anything negative during the relationship) that our best was not good enough. They tell us they want sex and we do to please them to make them happy, then they turn around and say we are easy to get. If we don't they make us feel we do not love them. I think the bottom line is, they love playing with our emotions and our minds. We always think that They are truthful to us (very convincing, almost impossible to detect). They have us where they want us (like a puppet on a string).

What if you made a mistake and slept the first date? The high quality man expressed regret that we slept too soon before we established a emotional connection, and that he didn’t expect us to end up sleeping on the first night. Now the guy has declared to you his jump to “conclusion” that we do not have a connection when we are still in the process of connecting emotionally. Despite we previously had very intellectual conversation and shared deep personal topics about life. He has now pulled away and stopped communication. How do you undo the damage and help him see the real you? And that you aren’t the woman he had misunderstood you to be?

I'm a doctor and use to keep it a secret as I thought it put guys off unless they were also a doctor. I do find that when I reveal my job, people seem to go all wow thats amazing, which makes me feel awkward.

Great video! I agree 💯 with you. When I went on my first date with my boyfriend he tried to get me to sleep with him too. But I didn’t give in... I made him wait for almost 2 months before I went to his place. We kissed on our third date!! And I’m sure the reason we’re doing so great is because we didn’t jump into bed right away. He asked me to be his girlfriend (in a very formal way) a couple of days short of our third month together!! Btw I’m 56 and he’s going to 41 in October... I had no idea Sicilian men were sooo romantic... Thank you so much for all of your advice!! ❤️🙏🏽

I would like to see a video to men "treating a lady in the same way you would like to be treated". Also a video on 'truthful communication" or "men stop the lies".

Great advice! I love your channel! I feel it's sad that so many people not just women don't have to have the self confidence to be authentic and self esteem to act this way naturally!

Very good insights...a man can be very attracted, but not fall in love, those are two very different things.

Great advice. Really helpful. My so- called fiance always puts me down. If I try to tell him about something different I had done he reacts to ignore it and puts me down later. If I try to tell him that he could have done differently he doesn't like it. I am beginning to hate him after 8 years of relationship with him.

Everything is perfect about this post except one thing, I can't stop looking at the pink tag on his right sport jacket cuff, I just keep wondering if that is the dry cleaning tag or something, other than that constant distraction the content is really good and I am subscribing to hear more

Just to add some of my thoughts: When a couple combines their skills & talents or work alongside each other with their gifts & talents good things happen. I think the more mature married couples have figured out the art of doing this within their relationship. I also think that as a culture we don't really understand that when people are dating to find the right person for marriage they need to make sure their lives our parallel and going in the same direction. Great videos! They are of good substance!

In a long distance relationship, why a man ask to see what dress i am wearing and wants to see body parts, and i do not want. I do not want and go for this kind and i do not know if he does this thing to other woman online because i am seeing him always online but he said he is watching comedy videos only for fun and is not talking to girls online, only to guys friend. And he got a problem on his plane fare going back to his country for a job and asked me if i have money, i told him i am in budget and don't have money for it, then i had noticed he seldom call and message me and says that he call people to ask for money but no one have yet he is not calling me. Up to the.point that he doesn't anymore call and message me. I do not want anymore to message him, even i missed sweet messages from him, will i just have to wait for him to message me? What will i do, can you please give me advise. Thank you so much.

It may be a dry cleaning tag...or it may be a style symbol. ;)

Well, one of my best friends is a woman who sleeps with every single man she wants, sometimes after they just met, sometimes without knowing his name at all... But most of them fall in love with her if they repeat. For her they are just a one night stand sometimes, sometimes she appreciate them for a while after she finds them boring so she just jump to another one, sometimes she dates more than one man... They don't really care, and they know all these, but they continue falling in love with her, sometimes they get obsessed for even years...

The high-quality men my cliensts want to attract would most likely NOT become obsessed with a woman who uses them and judges them as boring people.
@7833426 жыл бұрын
You handle the subject really well, but don't forget women also have these same primal needs which quality women put on the backburner because they are RESPONSIBLE.
