Not to dump on THINCPRO, but it can be improved. There are things you can do to increase your hang time, namely, build leg strength. Wall touches are amazing for this. Calves are a big benefit in jumping, especially in getting up quickly.

These are more complicated than they need to be. Sky hook is a tough shot. Too much movement on the second. The third is a good move, but rarely applicable, especially in high school. Make sure you know the drop step and everything you can do from that. Indefensible.

dear THINCPRO Basketball, I've been working really hard on my game but my coach is still making me play the 5 position so I go against other Centers that are bigger and stronger than me and I can't defend them, my coach won't let me play SF even though I am a great driver with amazing handles and can move very quickly with a big vertical and I am a excellent passer with a ability to shoot I'm not a great shooter but pretty good I know this long but it's just complicated

Dre 2k Bruh I have the same problem but the only difference is that my coach sometimes makes me play SF at practice but never during an actual game.
@iwnl_vale

Dre 2k I recommend you do some strengh training(no bodybuilding bullshit) and play a lot of 1 on 1 against stronger centers, playing really physical against other centers it's helping me a lot.

Next time out work the other guy. Hustle, rebound and steal the ball. Hit the gym and work on your game. Be so good that it is undeniable.

I was a tall player without much weight when I was in high school. I was more of a guard with quickness, slashing, and shooting, but I got put at post cuz I was talking. I made it work. Your defender is always going to follow you, so post him up a little further out and use your speed. Post him up to get the ball, then square him up, jab step and go. Attack with one dribble, pull up and shoot. There are a lot of ways to go about it, you just have to use your skill set and know that the bigger guy is going to be slower.
