also an underrated tip- SLEEP!!! recovery happens when we sleep!! make sure you’re getting 7-8 hours consistently to reap the benefits effects of exercise and nutrition 🥰 love your videos liv!!!

For bridge your arms should line up right beside your ears when you are still lying on the ground and that’s where you push up from! Hope that helps.

hii liv i recently was thinking about you. im a physical therapy student and in class, one of my profs said that cold plunging might have negative effects on hypertrophy. it reminded me of you bc i know you like to cold plunge so i looked into the evidence behind what my prof was saying and he quoted Roberts et al 2015 and i also found a meta-analysis (Pinero et al 2024). it's a bit controversial but they both seem to say cold water immersion post-exercice helps recovery, but might reduce hypertrophy. I just thought you might be interested in looking into it yourself. i myself dont rly know what to think yet :s anyway love ur vids xoxo

I have been eating around maintenance level, just making sure I’ve been eating enough protein, and I have seen my muscle increase :)) 💪🏼💪🏼

Hi! I have a question. What if your goals aren't asthetic related, but you want to get really strong in lifting and weight training. Do you still eat the same as if you are bodybuilding?

For your bridge, move your arms closer in and yes straighten your arms! Also camel pose will help with the flexibility in your back
