After reading your comment I tried to search for who originally said the quote and I couldn't find the answer as it seems a lot of people have said it, or things similar to it. They are very powerful and inspiring words. As for correcting your grammar, there isn't much to correct other than some punctuation. So here it is: "I think this is a famous quote from someone, but I'm not sure who. I got it from a book that I read. I have this sentence always on my mind that I have been using it past years whenever I had to participate in any exam and that is: I want All.
