@ToK Today Hello, sir! Sorry for being a bother! I chose the prompt of on what grounds might we doubt a claim. I took your advice and watched the video. My teacher sees improvement yet he stressed that the justification was repeated and that the object of a new production of knowledge was an invalid claim (Knowledge aim) since normally things are tested. Please if you have any advice please do give me some, and thank you for helping me with my TOK journey! Here are the criteria he gave me: (Any advice is appreciated, and thank you for your continuous aid to TOK students globally!) -The exhibition identifies three objects, although the real-world contexts of these objects may be vaguely or imprecisely stated. -There is some explanation of the links between the three objects and the selected IA prompt. -There is a superficial justification for the inclusion of each object in the exhibition. Reasons for the inclusion of the objects are offered, but these are not supported by appropriate evidence and/or lack relevance to the selected IA prompt.

did he/she say it had a repetitive structure maybe like the justification of the link between the prompt and object?

@@gegreredolack His comments are: use of words such as "us". Stating a knowledge aim but no link, but no elaboration later, and he said to revise the structure, deviating from IA prompt, no TOK evident, links and reason of inclusion don't relate well to IA prompt, (repetition of justification of inclusion) and improving in order not to be repetitive which I think my teacher focused more on repetition, so yeah. Do you have any advice?

Thanks for the comment, sorry I didn't reply earlier - I've been busy writing "Every Exhibition Prompt Explained" (pick up a copy: toktoday.com/product-category/tok-exhibition/). I can't really give you detailed advice without seeing your commentary, suffice to say that these are arguments that you need to develop using the ToK Framework. If you refer to the ToK Knowledge Framework (incl. ToK Concepts, and content from the optional themes) you won't be going far wrong. Your teacher marks the Exhibition, and their mark is checked by IB. The IB moderates about 30% of all teacher grades. Therefore, there is a high probability that the mark given by your teacher is the mark that you will get. Therefore, it is important to follow the advice of your teacher.

I despise the lack of structure TOK has and it is a joke for it to be an IB mandate since every teacher grades and teaches differently, my class has an average of a C!!!!!

I hear you, & I understand your frustration. One of the main reasons for setting up ToKToday was to try to reduce that subjectivity, I'm trying to identify the elements of ToK that will are more likely to be awarded by examiners. Additionally, there is a fairly rigorous process of standardisation of assessment levels for the IB ToK Essay Examiners, if they fall outside of the expected range 2-3 times they are prevented from marking any further essays in that session. It's not entirely objective, but it's not entirely subjective either, like most things in life !
