Because, you need to place the monitor in a specific angle, put the bottom part of the monitor with the block you wanna offset, like cylinders,slab, stairs, etc.

You know, there should be a copy and paste feature, where you copy a group of blocks and paste them. Its so we dont that it wont be too hard making offsets
