Ahoy Mommies! In this video I'll be reviewing our 3 site snorkel trip in Roatan, Honduras. For this video, there will be no kiddos. It was our very first time leaving our kiddos at camp, on the ship. They obviously didn't make the minimum age cut for this excursion. But for the next 2 ports of call, we did bring our kiddos.
We sailed on Royal Caribbean's Allure of the Seas, from Galveston, TX. It was through the cruise line and we were going to snorkel a starfish habitat, a coral reef barrier, and then a shipwreck. Our total snorkel time would be 1 and a half hours in the water, with the 3 snorkel sites included.

How did you leave the kids on the ship? What are adventure ocean hours?

We book more than a yr in advance to get our best rates. Also we don’t book during prime time like holidays and summer time.

Some people are not comfortable with diving and I am one of those people. I could just float and watch the fish and sealife down below. So that's why I prefer snorkeling instead.
