It's been a while since I saw a rocket in SM that truly impressed me......congrats dude, that is awesome! I love the concept of it being built up in stages first, I was like WOW!!! Though I think that would have been a quite impossible task with my Saturn V...LOL

The Dominus looks about as close as you could get in Scrap Mechanic, it doesn't jump but I don't expect it to be able to, the radio actually slightly adds to the accuracy (due to the fact that RL almost always has some kind of song in the background unless you have it off) the horn is also accurate aside from how it sounds but once again scrap mechanic limitations. The only thing I could see getting it closer is painting the glass black.

I've had an idea since this game came out for couplers/couples that connect parts like the parts of the rocket into one vehicle like you would be able to control everything from one seat without sensors (I mean like a new block in an update)

Scrap man you could use the rocket in the story line of the FMB maybe something like. Years ago man built rockets capable of travel far into space but they could never have prepared themselves for what they found. On a distant planet human kind found a strange black almost corrupted looking crystal that seemed to give of an aura of energy the explorers immediately returned to Earth to record their findings and years later mankind created machine powerful enough and fast enough to start mining and research of the crystal but they were not the only species interested in this crystal. That's just a little idea I came up with you can use it if you want or make up your own story I just thought that might be cool to think about
