I manged the veigar mission with just a 2star veigar, but had arcana with 7 (yes 7) emblems which was kind of crazy. I made an emblem holder the high arcana so had above 59% dmg amp. I didn't have a deathcap, jsut a jeweled gauntlet. I brought a lot of charms throughout the entire game but was still surprised I made it high enough. Not sure if dmg amp counts?
