Quicksilver is probably the easiest champ to do this with. Could probably do it with a 1*. His wither makes the power gain from Destroyer non-existent and that's really the only thing any champ has to worry about. 4 bars of power and instant KO is really cheap of Kabam. Doom took him out for Villan as well

Stacking a gigantic amount of whiplash debuffs, the bigger the stack, the higher the burst damage he goes to special 3 to after he gains maximum momentum so he can stack hundreds(abaut 200-300 I think)of whiplash debuffs then he goes to special 2 to double t his current number of whiplash debuffs and after that he dues whatever until the burst happens and repeat the cycle over and over again.

You have to equip a relic to your champion. Idk when they're unlocked since I was already high level when they were introduced, but you'll probably get some soon.
