an idea from the last video came to my mind, its cool that bilgewater is in the game now, but since shadow isles was removed it wont happen. What wouldve been super cool was if gangplank was the 5 cost bilgewater card from the start of the set, and during the 9.5 update miss fortune "killed" gangplank and became the 5 star, but gangplank got revived in the shadow isles and became the shadow isles 5 star. We probably will never get this but being a lore nerd as i am thought this wouldve been awesome to see in tft.

That's a cool idea! They could do something in the for fun patch at the end of the set like when they made 5 cost Urgot a star guardian at the end of monsters attack, but this time it's Shadow Isles Bilgewater Gangplank 😊

If you make a 5 cost Renekton give him a rage bar. Every time he fills to 50 he does an empowered move. It’s like ammo, once it’s red next time his mana bar hits full he cast his spell plus the buffed up one. Make the gimmick about increasing his outputs based on stats. Attack speed items let’s him gets empowered spells faster. Ap gives him chance to double cast spells. Ad gives him stronger spell since his rage spells are ad. He also does his ultimate with his mana bar is full that burns aoe. The scaling on it is ap. He essentially rotates his spells from league with the rage bar but also cast ult with a full mana bar. He cast Q, W, or E whenever he gets rage for it. So with the right stats you can make him a crazy burn machine or a rampaging monster who cast a lot. Also a cool pulse of red aura around renekton would be sick every time he casts a rage move. If you want fancy.

It feels weird I’ve been seeing 3 star 5 costs being hit almost every game I’ve played this set. I don’t really know why or what has happened but it seems so common now.

It's the super high ELO playerson alt accounts bashing high diamond - silver lobbies. Then take advantage of the slower tempo and hit huge econ advantages. They then play whatever 5 cost isn't contested

Mort mentioned that it is hard for Renekton to be a high cost unit, and I had an idea for a 4-cost version of the champion. His Spell would be his ult, where he grows and gain health (and maybe some resists), and deals some ticking AoE damage when he is transformed. While he is transformed, his spell changes to a version of his current spell where he deals AoE damage and heals, having a lower mana cost than what is needed to transform. I remember some champions having a different spell when they transform in past sets, and thought it could fit a higher cost Renekton to make a beefy frontline for future sets.

Probably like Aatrox is, his first cast is his ultimate and after that all of his autos become his Q and he's permanently ulted, so I guess Renekton could ultimate to get more buff, gain some higher health regen stats during it, then his cast change to a dash followed by 3 fast empowered autos that also stun the target for a small period of time... Guess he'd be more of a 5 cost if that was the case
