0:20 In a similar situation, when they make it about *you* (like, you can’t handle the mountain of work they gave you, or, you can’t handle the abuse they doled out) when it’s *their* behavior that’s the problem, if you do not take “you” out of it, the entire issue will continue to be seen (by all involved or who will be involved in the future) as being about *you,* that you’re the problem. So, by removing yourself from it by *not* saying “I can’t do the amount of work you gave me in 2 hours time” or “I can’t deal with the abusive way you spoke to me” , but rather the way Dan explains, you prevent all people involved in this from seeing it as *you* being the problem. Don’t allow that when it’s not you who caused the problem.

Hey im sick of being disrespected and discrimated agianst employees at sheetz/wawa. They literally stop the christmas songs to play no scrubs. I guess i surrender i am scrub but what does that make the less fortunate than me? I Surrender i guess im a scrub.

That this has been going on for months. I just returned home from a trip. That i have made multiple reports to the establishment. That to no avail it still continues. Its been so bad reported it to the white house they refferred me to OSHA and OSHA only works with the employee not the customer. WHAT DO?
