I am on my journy to memorize the whole quran.i find easy to read the quran. I memorize evrey day 4 pages in 5 days 1juz i started yesterday from Al Baqqrah i pray that allah makes this journu easy for me. Do it with a friend i am now doing with a friend so we can motovate each other. And have someone who can listen from you and correct you. Wish me best luck my dream is to become a hafidul quran.

Ma shaa Allah brother,may Allah sw make it easy for you.i have started few days ago to memorized the holy Quran and Alhamdulilah am doing well so far,my problem is I don't know the Arabic language as a result of that some KZbinrs have discouraged me that u can't learn without knowing the Arabic language and having a teacher of which I have none. And I can fluently read the Quran from the beginning to the end.advise me on this matter.waiting ur feedback please.thanks

You can find english translations but if you want to memorize it you have to memorize it in Arabic.

Assalamu alaykum, I’m a recent revert and could not read Arabic for the Quran until about a month ago. I found downloading a few apps to learn the Arabic alphabet on the phone helpful, and then the free Duolingo Arabic program helped a lot as well. For everyone it will be different but it took me about a week to learn. Then just learn tajweed rules. Best of luck inshaAllah this will help

For those who have aphantasia, that is, inability to picture the mushaf in your mind or inability to see images in your mind generally, whatever mushaf you use didn't matter. What matters is to read the tafsir and meaning and have an understanding before you memorize. Once you build a connection with that verse and its meaning, In Sha ALLAH, memorisation will be easy.

Its a tajweed Quran. You get that online . I got it from book store in India. You will get that easily. Check for Quran with tajweed color coding.

In the past I memorized half page in an hour without any problems. Now sometimes I come to a page where I need ONE WHOLE OUR for 2-3 verses. After I learned them, one hour later I forgot at least 50% of them. Then I learn another time and still struggle. Then I am so annoyed that I put the Mushaf away and do some other thing, because I think I am wasting my time. What can I do. I am now finishing the 4. Juz, but I have problems with beeing annoyed very very often. I listen so the storys of people, they learned every day some hours like me, and then they got so good after some time. And when I hear this storys it makes me more and more annoyed .....................

@@htmoh8115 thx jazakallahu khairan. im in a very very bad phase. i learned a page in the past easy in 1-2 hours. now i learn a page in 3-4 hours. and after i leaned it, i wait 30 minutes, and i can learn it again. this is really, really, really frustrating, awful, shaytan is playing with me easily.

@@يونسدي-ض9خ more you do, it can get challenging. If I remember correctly Some memorize 8hrs or so. Those who attend Muslim madrasah. So 1 or 2 hours is nothing. Nevertheless a plan is also needed.
