Best Revision time ⏲ Is at night. 5-10 minutes before sleeping😴 Why ? The reason behind this is that before 5 - 10 minutes our subconscious mind is highly active.. For eg.. if you took mobile and started watching horror movie before sleeping and in your dreams the horror things come in front of you and the next day IT GETS STORED IN YOUR MIND FOR A LONG TIME It may be fear or anything else So whatever we learn or read we should do revision at night The main point is that if you study at night you get automatically tired and you get a good and free dream sleep😴
