#3 Stetson v #1 Austin Peay (THINGS GOT HEATED!) | ASUN Pool Play | 2024 College Baseball Highlights

Stetson Baseball and Austin Peay Baseball played in a very important game during pool play of the ASUN Baseball Tournament.

One of my favorite accomplishments is revolutionizing the way sports channels create thumbnails. I've adopted two different styles, one with logos on the left and a game snapshot on the right, and the other with the logos in the middle and game snapshots representing both teams on either side.
I have a combined 4 years of experience as a Baseball & Basketball Play by Play announcer, which is where I learned my skills for commentary/breakdowns.

Huge bummer for my alma mater Austin Peay. They had a great season getting that #1 seed. I know I'm a bit biased but this pool play format is kind of strange. I don't understand working hard in the regular season to get the #1 seed and then having to play 3 of the top 4 seeds in pool A and not the lowest seed, #8, as a reward for winning the #1 seed in the early part of the tournament in hopes of only having to face any of the higher seeds towards the end of the tournament. Also, for being a #1 seed, they played on Stetson's home field, who got the #3 seed. Why not play this tournament on a neutral field to be fair to everyone.
