Everyone is advocating investing for passive income, but with a 70-hour workweek and limited financial knowledge, how can I manage it? KZbin videos say "BUY, BUY," but when and how do I sell for profit at the right time?
@ElenaKampouri14 сағат бұрын
Well all i know is that you cannot go wrong taking profit at near high. No one ever went broke taking a 10% loss. It's best if you consult with a fiduciary advisor to get informed buying & selling decisions.

Working with a financial advisor has been a game-changer for me. They provided invaluable insights and tailored strategies that aligned perfectly with my risk tolerance and financial objectives. With their support, I've seen significant growth in my investments and gained confidence in my financial future.

I've been considering getting one, but haven't been proactive about it. Can you recommend your advisor? I could really use some assistance.
@TamalaRenéeJones-h8g14 сағат бұрын
I'm cautious about giving specific recommendations as everyone's situation varies. Consider independent financial advisors like “Sophia Nadene Morgan” I've worked with her for 9 years and highly recommend her. Check if she meets your criteria.

Investing without proper guidance can lead to mistakes and losses. I've learned this from my own experience.If you're new to investing or don't have much time, it's best to get advice from an expert.

The issue is people have the "I want to do it myself mentality" but not equipped enough for a crash, hence get burnt. Ideally, advisors are reps for investing jobs, and at first-hand encounter, my portfolio has yielded over 300% since 2020 just after the pandemic to date.

I would point out that 52 week lows aren’t always a good time to buy. Look at Disney, for example. If you had bought them at a 52 wk low in 2016, you’d be up 2-5 dollars per share today. If you had bought them at 3 yr low, after a 55% drop and nailed the bottom in 2023, you’d be up 13 dollars. That looks terrific next to an investment in Intel, which experienced several 52 week lows since 1997, where the price was what it is today. Never buy a company because “they’ll still be around in 5 years.”

I lost over $80k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Brittany Utley
