I personally have a base galaxy book 4. i visited a samsung store today, and the non-reflective screen in the base book4 is a lor better. it literally oes not show any reflections at all. this is only on the base book4. i do not know why is is like this, as it does not work on the base 360, pro, pro 360 or the ultra.
