One of the biggest things with co-op that catches a lot of people off-guard, even if they know about it, is the way aggro works (especially with bosses). A lot of bosses have specific break points in their combo where they can, and will, switch targets. In a run like this any one of the players accidentally nudging a boss can cause them to become the target, and if nobody else hits them then they'll switch to that player either on the spot or at the next combo break point (if they've already initiated a combo against someone else when they got hit).

Id be very interested to see a challenge run where you beat everyboss while on torret (cant damage bosses without being on torrent) im sure there is a mod to allow torrent in all areas. I think the difficulty of this challenge speaks for itself. the mounted combat is probably the weakest aspect of ER's combat. So i would be very impressed to see either an all boss run or just a normal run with this rule.
