This was good and informative. Must keep in mind that luxury means different for different people. Want to get potential clients to understand that their vision for their trip can be exactly how they want and that if staying in a Hilton Hotel is luxury for them, then go for it. The top point is the "feeling". If their budget is $5,000 and they are going for luxury, I am going to do everything I can to deliver a trip that gives that "feeling" regardless of what class and luxury look like to other clients.
