One aspect I love about this channel is that the comments actually discuss the stories. Go to a Mr Nightmare video and the first 10 comments will be along the lines of “like if Mr nightmare is the best” “I was having a bad night until mr Nightmare uploaded” “can’t believe mr Nightmare has been scaring us for over 10 years” and so on

Third story - it took him 4 1/2 hours to walk back to his car ?! I wouldnt be 3 minutes away from my car in a lonely wooded area pitch dark at night ! Whats wrong with people. Never go camping by yourself in an area you dont know especially where you have to walk 4 1/2 hours back to your car ! Who are you gonna find in the dark lonely woods at night "deranged people". I'm a vocalist and voice work person. It's hard to find a channel with good stories and real voices. AI voices seem to be dumping channels that tell the stories we like to hear. Just look for a voice with limited inflection, never bumping the mic with their mouth. Lots of new ones out there have these outrageous announcer voices that are almost comical. Thank you Mr Whisper. For having great stories and a real voice.

I love listening to all the stories. I have been camping once in my whole entire life. I did enjoy it, but I really don’t make it a point to go camping. Listening to some of the stories I realize I’ve made a good choice.😂😂 funny part: I was listening to these stories, and an ad popped up in the middle of them. The ad was for a website to help you find hotel rooms. And they cited when the camping trip turns into a disaster. I thought it couldn’t have been more perfect.

There is no guarantee of safety. I've been backpacking alone and it's fun but always feels creepy. Paranoia is not a bad thing to have in the wilderness. The biggest mistake people make is telling themselves everything is ok in a bad situation. Most of the time it's safe but a gun is always preferable to carry if possible.

You need to listen to many, many stories and earn a GEM here and there. Camping alone is terrifying: either a dangerous wild animal (like a bear) will get you, or you wander too deep into the woods and end up meeting a crazy cult/coven.... Or you accidentally sit on a wasps' nest. 😮😅

Lol. I’ve camped 30-35 years. Encountered numerous bears, including a grizzly , coyotes etc - never needed a gun . Or coven. I’ve had many sketchier experiences around large cities than I ever had in the country

Campers/rvs usually have hook ups like water electric or sewer, so dude would've had to disconnect and pack up everything and/or reconnect his vehicle to the camper and none of that is an swift feat nonetheless in the dark
