I am not sure if you will see this or not, but your putting videos helped me out a TON, especially How to Push Putt in Disc Golf. I have always been the weakest putter on my card each and every time out in tournaments and with my friends playing. I then watched your push putt video and learned about supination which immediately helped me with distance. You had other tips that I consumed and ultimately committed to a push putt and applied what you taught to me (along with one other tip..... say "Apple Pie" while putting to help the timing). My putting has improved a lot since then! In fact, just yesterday I nailed three or four circle 2 putts and only missed a few longer Circle 1's. I still have up days and bad days on putting, but my bad putt days are better than my old good putt days. Thank you so much, you easily improved my average round by five strokes with just putting alone!

Man you said EXACTLY what me and my buddies were talking about yesterday on the course! I can outdrive one of my buddies for about 75-100’ forehand BUT he will just sink long putts. Gets me a lot.

Appreciate all the time you put into these. Been taking the lessons to heart, practicing on yard daily and already moved from +7 or more on local 9 hole course to +2 in one month.

I appreciate this video especially the last bit as I am guilty of my version of the line of shame with a flat putt at the basket. I have always been a terrible circles edge putter, last tournament I threw lots of good shots (in C1 off the tee on 14-15 of 18 holes in all three rounds, finished -2, +1, -4 due to not being able to putt). After watching this video the other day, I started trying to hold it on a slight hyzer and keeping that hyzer putt at the basket and I was making so many more putts than usual practicing around 30 ft. It will feel nice for my good shots to be rewarded with putts more often😅

Great video Robbie! I thought you did a really good job with that group, you didn't skip a beat. Probably one of the best clinics I've seen a pro teach. Your advice is spot on to with the catch idea. My son and I always toss a putter back and forth, although it's usually like 50 to 100 feet I'll do your style tomorrow when we go out. Thanks again for your hard work with the vids!

I've started to get in the habit and stepping up to a putt and telling myself "it's just a game of catch", then throwing. I'd say there was a consistent improvement but not anything crazy. Enough that I keep doing it.

Interesting that you address having you hand on top of the disc on the downswing. That’s a habit I’ve picked up and I’ve actually been considering switching away from that style. This the reassurance I need to make the switch. Side note: I’ve noticed Trevor (from foundation) putts like that, maybe that’s one of his problems.

@@lukeoglesby3086 George Ward is probably the best middle ground between difficulty, accessibility and quality. Inverness is rated one of the best in the state, but it is very wooded and hilly so newer players may find it less fun (my personal favorite, though).

Great video as always Robbie. Love the positivity and transparency you bring to the lessons. After playing on and off for close to 20-years, I’d consider myself to be a “born again Covid disc golf player” and your videos have helped me tune my bag and throw mechanically sound. During Covid I was averaging around 250’ on drives and missing a ton of C1 putts. Now I’m nearing the 400’ mark with accuracy and make an average of 80% of C1 putts. PDGA #38914 Now I’ve just gotta translate everything into better rounds during tournaments😅 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

The point that I really picked up on for me was having unrealistic expectations on making certain putts, missing, then feeling bad about it. When instead I should have more accurate ideals and not take it so badly when I miss what is actually a tough putt in the first place.

I have this weird thing with putting, i think its due to my addictive personality.(I've been clean almost 7 years). I LOVE practicing putting, but its the sound of the chains that gets me, it straight up gives me a dopamine hit. Its like when i used to untie the elastic from my arm (sorry for being dark, but its the truth) that sound is like dope in my veins. So, my putting is decent, and its easy for me to practice it
