Hi, so I have 2 batteries swollen. They are appr. 1 year old. I know they aren't under warranty anymore, but is this ok time what these batteries last?? Only 1 year & they are garbage. The charge cycles are under 70 times. I store them in room temperature. So this can;t be right that I have to purcahse every year new batteries??

a). turn on the battery
b). show the battery Serial Number clearly
c). lay the battery with its label side on a surface (i.e. a table) and press each corner of the battery to show its swollen conditions
