Uh, the tow truck industry is pretty lucrative in certain areas, no wonder there shooting each other, when you can park on a highway and just wait for an accident and then for just literally pulling someone 100 metres down the road off the highway they can charge you like 500 dollars if they want. Cops won’t let you refuse the tow because they have to clear the highway
