Story 1: When you see a person’s feet standing outside the door, never tell him or her you’re calling the police and that’s why they run away. Just stay quiet till the police arrive. Story 2: Really smart by leaving the Airbnb so quickly. They also should’ve press charges about that creepy woman. Story 3: I’m glad they left Airbnb early.

Idk where these stories are coming from but they sound like fiction written by teenagers. Who the hell goes back to sleep after seeing or hearing strange things in an unknown environment? Really?! 🙄 I travel a lot. Sometimes I stay in hotels and in Airbnbs. Here are some tips: Don't stay in sketchy areas to save a few bucks! Value your life! Also, travel with a weapon. If guns are not your thing, then a good heavy metal bat will do. Lock every door and triple check they're locked. I also wedge chairs or push heavy furniture in front of doors. I made the mistake of booking a hotel that was weekly live in hotel which had many people down on their luck staying there. It was nasty and smelled like stale smoke and despair. Anyway, it was late & I was too tired to look for another hotel. So I pushed the ugly desk that was in the room and placed the chairs on top of it in such a way that if someone came through the door they would fall and the noise would wake me up. This was before I traveled with a weapon. Be safe people and enjoy your travels!
