I'm curious as to why you use an OPP sheet and not a tipless piping bag. Also, I have seen a lot of bakers use corn syrup in the royal icing, any particular reason that you don't? By the way, I love your cookie creations!

Thanks for the video! Does the egg whites add an egg taste to the icing? Also is it healthy to be eating a lot of it if it is raw egg?

Egg white doesn't taste with this amount of sugar, it is just for the texture. If you live in a country or area where it is safe to consume egg raw then you can do this, but if you doubt, you can use any substitute that has the texture of egg white.
