Kinda disappointed that you missed/didn't mention the interaction that caused Jones - Cormier rivalry. It started when Jones told Cormier that he (Jones) can take him down, allegedly in good spirits, and Cormier took the comment too personally. Then the rivalry snowballed from there. I remember this, because at the time I thought "what a petty reason for a rivalry." Granted, Jones is always cocky but I felt it was kinda childish that DC let the comment got into his head.

Pereira also proved Jones's divisions are too easy and shallow. No way a fighter with 10 MMA fights only winning a UFC title in divisions between 135-170. DC has like equal reach to Lightweights and started to MMA after 30 years old and still dominated that 205 division as well.

Divisions me and above usually are way lower skill wise so it's easier. Those divisions can have a less emphasis on skill and more on power instead for a lot of them. No offense, but any of them in lower weight classes would just not be top 5 especially at bw or flyweight if you convert their body to that size.

When you go threw 3 different gen of fighters some of them might not be great but he still beat 10 ufc/pride champs
