Really feels great. I used to play hockey....so I have a stick to use. This really goes wonderfully with all the other exercises I have been doing over the months. With the shoulders, I have noticed that the most well diversified exercises for the shoulders work best for complete development. So this unique exercise, being something I have literally never performed, had great effect on recruiting new muscle fibers and after the exercise is complete, I no longer feel that something is "off" with my shoulders. Usually when I move my arms around I can feel that there are threads of tissue producing the most annoying feeling....like an itch you simply cannot scratch no matter what one does. This exercise took care of that itch for me today. Thanks so much, I really enjoy your work. Thank God for people like you. Have a great day.

I love these functional movements. Do you have any neck exercises that you use in combination with these shoulder exercises, since both are so inextricably linked?

We sure do! Search our channel for "neck" and check out that content :) - Coach Joshua, Team PM

My chiropractor has done cupping, Electroacupuncture, messaging but nothing comes close to movement #1. This is by far the most effective exercise for me.

I have a question. I have winged shoulder blades and so I try to do exercises for the lower trapezius but in every exercise I do only the upper trapezius is activated. How can I activate the lower trapezius?

Hi, and great question. Those are challenging movement patterns to dissociate, but it is possible with time and practice. Keep working on the video that you have already found and keep us posted on your progress :) - Coach Joshua, Team PM

Frozen shoulders (both sides), now over 2 years. Nothing works. 10 years ago I did some exercises for a frozen shoulder (moving without any force) at the gym and it helped in 1 month.

When I do the circles, the front of my left shoulder has a popping like a tendon is jumping...it doesn’t feel good, some pain...thoughts?
@PrecisionMovementCoach2 ай бұрын
Thanks for letting us know that. Adjust your ROM so that you can do it pain-free without the popping. Make your movements slower and smaller and let us know how it goes :) - Coach Joshua, Team PM

There's a MLB pitcher who is very devoted to using a wiggle stick that I'd like your opinion of; the device and the kind of movement it creates (KZbin video kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y4jSnnWhfrmbnrc ). Would the stick tighten up and stabilize a loose shoulder? Or just create havoc? He uses the Tap Shoulder Tube which costs about $100 but I notice there's another kind out there. (I've a history of frozen shoulder and recurring instability after such things as heavy overhead lifts or putting the garden in each Spring. I'm quite bored with 1,000s of scap pulls and arm raises and rotator cuff PT over many years.)

Great question! That is a neat tool that provides a unique stimulus to the tissue. However, it's not appropriate for you yet based on what you have written. We designed the Shoulder Pain Solution program with people like you in mind. Once you optimize your tissue quality and neurological control, you will be ready to use such an implement, and it will provide benefits. www.precisionmovement.coach/shoulder-pain-solution-yt Take a look and let us know if you have any more questions :) - Coach Joshua, Team PM
