Hey did you need to use the jack at all. we have found the jack given with the van will not jack the van up to change a wheel. you require a chock of wood under it to make it possbile. Is this standard? or should Urban supply a proper jack that will lift a 3.5 ton off road van. love ur response please as we are starting out on a forever lap.
