Ahh, so glad you tried gol gappay again after the high tea! And you did it perfectly this time! They are so moreish. It’s 10pm right now but I’m really craving some gol gappay after seeing this haha. Dahi Ballay are made from soaked and crushed lentils, with some spices added. They’re fried, soaked in water for a bit to soften and then put in yoghurt along with more spices, sauces and salad. Yum!
