this is still an absolute nightmare topic for me to write 1 function to return max speed m/s.. max speed in km/h and max length of the track in 1 function in matlab while its one of the by far easyest tasks to do that in any coding language i am used to

MATLAB's strength is definitely with solving much harder problems. The effort to solve simple problems is typically not worth it, unless your goal is to get some practice
